Position Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as a resource for our clients, helping them start, maintain, grow, and perhaps even close their business. No industry experience is necessary; we’re happy to train the right people. Who are the right people? Upbeat, positive folks who like helping others.

Essential Duties

  • Provide guidance and address client inquiries over the phone
  • Demonstrate exceptional dedication in assisting clients with industry intricacies
  • Exhibit accountability both as an individual contributor and a team player
  • Offer assistance to other customer service teams as required

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrate respect towards others
  • Foster collaboration and openness to coaching
  • Display self-motivation, independence, and critical thinking abilities
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and communicate clearly and concisely
  • Maintain a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Exhibit strong computer proficiency, with job tasks predominantly conducted online
  • Internet Requirements: Minimum of 4 MB upload and 10 MB download speed; satellite internet is not advised
